
If you are a registered voter in Fruit Heights, you may vote early at City Hall, 910 S. Mountain Road on the following dates:
8 October 2009
Meet the Candidates Night at City Hall. at 7:00 PM. Come by and meet the candidates for City Council and Mayor.
20 - 28 October 2009
Early voting at City Hall. You may vote between the hours of 9 AM to 1 PM.
30 October 2009
Early voting at City Hall. You may vote between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
3 November 2009
Election Day. Polls are open from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Make your voice heard by voting!
Fruit Heights residents make the effort to vote for the candidates of their choice. Make sure to exercise this important right to select our community leaders and to do your part in the goverance of your city by voting.

To vote this year you are required to be a registered voter and show proper identification. Please present one of the following forms of ID:
- Current valid Utah Driver's License
- Current valid identification card issued by the Stat of Utah or a branch, department, or agency of the United States.
- Current valid Utah permit to carry a concealed weapon
- A valid United States passport.
- A valid Tribal Identification Card, whether or not the card includes a photograph of the voter.
Voters who do not present proper identification at the polls may vote using a provisional ballot. However, the provisional ballot will not count unless they provide valid voter identification to the Davis County election official within 5 days after the election.
